Wedding Photography in Rochester NY with Stephanie & Jerry
They say a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, well this journey was 3,000 miles…
When you think about most engaged couples & newlyweds, you think of their journey through life together as just beginning. That is so not the case for the bride and groom featured in this wedding photoBLOG entry. Stephanie & Jerry initially met through a fitness website, getting to know each other and chatting etc. The Groom lived in California, while the bride lives right here in the Rochester NY area in Greece. They took things to another level when Jerry moved across the country last year to be with Stephanie. That alone is no small feat, but to top it off, together Jerry and Stephanie have lost over 300 pounds together and are still going strong! They’ve been featured locally in a Democrat and Chronicle article and even made it all they way to the Rachel Ray Show because of what they’ve accomplished together as a couple.
Stephanie and Jerry chose Canal Town Photo to capture this chapter of their lives which was an honor. I was able to be with them their whole wedding day. I captured everything from the bride getting ready, to wedding party photos in downtown Rochester, and the bride and groom feeding each other (okay, smearing each other) with cake at their reception at Rick’s Prime Rib House 🙂 Check out my faves from their day of wedding photography…
Congratulations Stephanie & Jerry, I wish you all the best!
